The service converts documents and spreadsheets using open-source tools running on this server. It shows only conversion routes that are enabled and verified for the current deployment. The presence of a format in the catalog does not guarantee that every input/output combination is supported.
Terms of use
These terms are a plain-language service policy for this converter. By uploading a file or sending a message, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What the service does
Conversion quality depends on the source file, the selected route, the installed engine, available fonts, and the complexity of the document. A successful upload is not a promise that a conversion will succeed or that the output will be visually identical.
2. Acceptable use
You may upload only files that you own or are authorized to process. You must not use the service for malware, unlawful content, attacks on the server, attempts to bypass limits, infringement of others’ rights, or activity that violates applicable law.
You must not attempt to access the admin area, other users’ jobs, server files, environment files, or private storage. Automated scraping, denial-of-service traffic, and attempts to overload the queue or conversion engine are prohibited.
3. No sensitive or regulated data
Do not upload passwords, access credentials, identity documents, financial records, health records, or other regulated or highly sensitive data unless you have the legal authority and the operator has agreed in writing. Files are not end-to-end encrypted while stored.
4. Size, rate, and retention limits
The upload limit is 25 MB per file, with one file per request. Requests are rate limited, and repeated attempts may be temporarily blocked. Completed results remain available for 1 hour(s); source files are removed after processing. Jobs may be deleted earlier by the user or the operator.
Contact form messages are subject to the limits shown on the form and are stored until reviewed and deleted by the operator. Do not use the contact form to send files or credentials.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The operator may change supported formats, limits, retention, engines, or features, and may suspend the service for maintenance. No specific uptime, throughput, or response time is guaranteed.
6. No warranty on output
Conversion can change layout, fonts, formulas, images, metadata, macros, and page breaks. You are responsible for reviewing every converted file before relying on it. The operator is not liable for decisions made from an unreviewed or altered output.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your files and message content. You grant the operator only the limited permission needed to store, process, display to the operator, and delete the content for the purpose of providing the requested conversion or handling your message.
8. Privacy, cookies, and advertising
File handling, retention, contact messages, logs, and cookies are described in the privacy notice. The privacy notice is part of these terms.
Advertising is disabled by default. If it is enabled later, optional advertising cookies and Google advertising data will be handled according to the updated privacy notice, and a Google-certified consent management platform will be used where consent is required for visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including lost data, lost time, or reliance on a converted file. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms, abuse reports, and privacy requests can be sent through the contact page. Security reports should not include other users’ files or sensitive credentials.
